Following a review of family concerns, an evaluation plan is decided upon between therapist and family.  The evaluation may be performed at home, daycare, or school depending on the best fit and needs of the child.  Each evaluation is individualized to capture the baseline goals and overall environmental picture.  Evaluations may include but are not limited to standardized, non standardized, and functional ADL evaluations to determine the fine motor or sensory integration baseline skills.
